Sharon Jack-Williams

Ms. Jack-Williams is currently the Executive Director of the Dunbar Association, Inc., an African American settlement house that provides multi-purpose social services. She holds a BS degree in Political Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, a generalist certificate in paralegal studies from Roosevelt University-Chicago, Illinois, and fifteen credits of graduate level work in elementary education from Iona College, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in New Rochelle, NY.
Ms. Jack-Williams has also been a volunteer mediator for over twenty years. She has received training in visitation custody mediation; matrimonial fee arbitration, lemon law arbitration, neighborhood dispute resolution, special education mediation, human rights mediation, and landlord tenant mediation. Certifications were granted to her in each of theafore referenced categories.
Nakia M. Gray

Ms. Nakia M. Gray is the Director of Youth Services. She is a native of Brooklyn, New York. She attended Cornell University, where she received a BA in English with a minor in Africana Studies and Biological Sciences. Ms. Gray also has received two Master’s degrees from Syracuse University: English Education (7-12) and Inclusive Special Education (7-12). She first joined the Dunbar family as a volunteer in 2006, since then she has held such titles as Each One, Teach Coordinator; Sunrise Coordinator and Summer Camp Supervisor.
Dwight Rhodes

Mr. Dwight C. Rhodes, is a native of Rochester, New York. He has served as the Director for Family Services and Community Services at the Dunbar Association, Inc. for the past four years.
Mr. Rhodes received his B.A. from St. John Fisher College, in Rochester, N.Y., where he majored in Sociology and Psychology. He also attended the University of Rochester, and received his graduate degree in Community Services Administration.
Prior to his transfer to the Syracuse area, Mr. Rhodes worked in the Western New York Regional Office for the New York State Office of Mental Health.
The Rhodes family has resided in Manlius, New York since 1987 following his being appointed Deputy Regional Director for the Central New York Regional Office for the New York State OMH. Mr. Rhodes also served as C.E.O of the Binghamton Psychiatric Hospital. Mr. Rhodes retired from state service after completing thirty years of service, and has since held several rewarding positions which included, working as a Registered Investment Representative for the New York Life Insurance and Annuity Company, and the Director for Community Services for Unity Health System of Rochester, New York.
Mr. Rhodes is married and has five children and six grandchildren. Mr. & Mrs. Rhodes are members of Central Baptist Church, and are also members of the church choir.
